THE PERSONAL STORY
Why This Work Matters To Me.
I care deeply about promoting wellbeing at work — especially in environments where speed, pressure, and constant change can quietly amplify anxiety, overwhelm, and disconnection.
I’ve spent my life and career close to moments of change. I’ve seen how quickly speed, uncertainty, and responsibility can pull people out of connection — with themselves, with one another, and with the purpose that brought them to the work. When that happens, learning narrows, collaboration weakens, and even strong leaders begin to protect rather than create.
What has always mattered to me is the possibility of something steadier and more humane: leaders who can remain present under pressure, teams that continue to learn together, and cultures where wellbeing and innovation reinforce one another.
Engaging Wisdom grew from that commitment: to strengthen leadership and culture in ways that support clearer thinking, healthier collaboration, and more resilient performance.
