    Establishing a Shared Foundation for human-centered Leadership

    This half-day workshop introduces the core philosophy, language, and practices It creates a shared foundation for how leadership is understood and practiced.

    Leaders are introduced to:

    • The role of psychological safety in complex, interdependent work

    • The neuroscience of reactivity and emotional regulation

    • Metacognitive awareness: noticing how meaning-making shapes behavior under pressure

    • Inner steadiness, presence, and mindful communication
